Zafu Therapy Feels by Sina Kural

Founder of Zafu Therapy, Sina Kural, has assembled a euphonious stroll through aliveness and stillness. For Sina, each song tells a story and takes him to an emotion, a specific place or a person.

What does self-remembrance mean to you? What brings you back to yourself?

Simply sitting in silence...Listening in silence...Often times we get too busy with our thoughts about the past and the future. By simply “sitting” I tend to bring myself to whats present.

Which of the six senses is your favorite?

My hearing and sight. I listen to a lot music, like A LOT - all different from one another. I like to find specific moments in a song and listen to it over and over again. I like simple, minimal and symmetrical things in life. Seeing others’ eyes, gestures and body movements gives me joy.

What awakens your inner child?

Sports. Sports. Sports. Especially adrenaline sports like kitesurfing, snowboarding and mountain biking. Growing up, I used to compete as a professional windsurfer. So, sports remind me of these good old days.

Where do the sounds of this playlist transport you?

Hmm... I feel like each song has a story and takes me to an emotion, a specific place or a person. So, each and every song has a different place in me.
