Private Sessions
Deep Tissue Massage / 90 minutes
Deep Tissue Massage is a therapeutic technique that targets the deeper layers of muscles and fascia. Through slow, steady, and intentional pressure, it helps release chronic tension, postural tightness, and stiffness caused by repetitive movement. Applied across the whole body, this method enhances blood and lymph circulation, increases oxygen flow, and supports tissue nourishment.
Beyond physical relief, deep tissue work also helps calm the nervous system — aiding in repair and deep restoration.
Sound Meditation / 50 minutes
Sound meditation sessions begin with gentle practices that regulate the nervous system. Using sound frequencies that resonate with the body and mind, this practice invites deep rest and relaxation. Instruments such as Himalayan and crystal bowls, gongs, and ocean drums are used to create a sound field that harmonizes brain waves and guides the body into a meditative state.
No prior experience is needed — this practice is open to anyone ready to receive and listen.
