Reiki Incense Bundle

The term “reiki” (霊気) comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” which means vital life force energy that flows through all living things. Reiki is a Japanese origin ancient healing technique. Reiki energy helps soothe your nervous system and balance your subtle energetic and cellular bodies - stimulating deep relaxation, rejuvenation and your body’s own natural ability to heal and recover. Reiki helps to return your cells to their original condition and removes energy blockages, releases restrictions, and adjusts the flow of Qi, or energy.

White Sage: Sage is a traditional medicine plant of the Native American peoples, used for healing and ceremony. It is used for cleansing and purification, and to open people up to a greater connection with the sacred. Sage can be used before meditation, prayer or ceremony or any time you wish to clear your aura. It can also be burnt to cleanse your house, and is frequently used in Feng Shui for space clearing.

Palo Santo: Palo santo, or ‘holy wood’, is a magical tree that is native to South American coast that is part of the citrus family. The rich smell of the medicinal smoke helps to clear the mind and energy, allowing more space to connect to the cosmic mind and sacred interior. Palo Santo also raises our vibration so it’s great when you need a little kick start to your day.

Reiki Incense Sticks: 100% herbal. Hand-rolled and organic incense sticks.  Simply light the tip of your sticks and blow out of the flame. Burn time 25-30 minutes.
